Just by using SR4 Toolbox, you are helping. This way you spot errors and missing features. You can report them to improve the quality and usability of this program.

Shadowrun isn't played only by english speaking players, it's translated in german and french. By providing translations you make SR4 Toolbox interesting for these people too, maybe you're one of them.

The main job is, of course, programming. SR4 Toolbox is written in Java, Swing is extensively used for the GUI. The data is stored in a database (HSQLDB) and accessed by using Hibernate. Data not stored in the database, is stored in XML files and accessed by using JDOM.

Also needed are artists who can create the artwork needed for the program and documentation/website.

And finally something easily forgotten: people who can write good documentation for the users.
